This summer, Sunsail will open its newest base in San Francisco Bay, where the international charter company will offer both charters and corporate sailing events aboard a fleet of eight brand new Sunsail First 40s. With a comfortable 3-cabin/1-head layout, the First 40 has proven to be a fine performance cruiser-racer, with room for up to eight crew and a layout ideal for both sail-training and cruising.
In addition to offering charters and sailing courses, Sunsail’s San Fran base is looking to host special events like a 4th of July Fireworks sail and a pro-am regatta. You can also expect to see Sunsail present at every upcoming America’s Cup event, including the 2012 America’s Cup Challenger Series, the 2012 Louis Vuitton Cup and the 2013 Cup Finals.
