Pocket Wizard: Digital Yacht’s New Handheld Chartplotter

Digital Yacht, of Bristol, England, has released a handheld PC system that features a chartplotter, a GPS, and a GSM communication device. The palm-sized waterproof unit sports a 2.8-inch color touchscreen that’s viewable in direct sunlight, so you can do everything electronic-navigation related, from entering an unknown harbor to tactigating a tricky downwind layline, without having to go below.
