
Marine Marketers of America has awarded the navigation app Savvy Navvy their Best New Product Launch award for a retailer program aimed at bringing the software to more users. Launched last year, the program incorporates a physical card with a QR code to get new users set up on their platform. The win comes the same week as Savvy Navvy launched its partnership with Avikus, HD Hyundai’s autonomous navigation technology developer.
The app, which has over two million downloads globally, brings charts, weather, tides, and more straight to your phone. Its smart routing feature even incorporates boat specifications and local regulations to provide real-time optimal routes and dynamic ETAs.

Savvy Navvy’s influencer campaign, run by VizSense, was also celebrated in the Best Marketing Collaboration category and as runner up in the Best Social Media Campaign category.
