Accon Marine has announced a new line of folding chocks. The 502 series can fold down flat for a more streamline, snag-free aesthetic on deck. Plus, they don’t require a cutout or additional components for installation, making for an easy (three-screw) addition to your deck hardware.
The chocks themselves are polished marine-grade 316 stainless steel, and retract to the flat position with a simple touch. They’re offered in two sizes: Model 502-4 is 4.5 inch x 2.4 inch and accommodates lines to ⅝ inch, and 502-6 measures 6 inches x 3.2 inches, handling up to ¾ inch lines. Both are sold in port-starboard pairs.
