Like the Lagoon 52, the SIG60 is a VPLP-designed catamaran, but that’s where the similarity ends. Lightweight carbon-fiber construction and a powerful sailplan guarantee outstanding performance from this cruiser-racer. Average speeds in the high teens should be routine. Sailing satisfaction was priority number one; the twin helms are aft and outboard, and all halyards, reefing lines and sheets are led aft so the sail can be set, shortened and stowed from the cockpit. The wide bridgedeck allows for a spacious saloon with two separate lounging areas and a large galley. Four double cabins and three heads provide ample accommodation for crew and guests.
